Dino Melaye's sponsored bill to prohibit facial mutilation up for second reading

A Bill for an Act to provide for the prohibition of Facial Mutilation which is being sponsored by Senator Dino Melaye, came up for 2nd reading Tuesday.

The bill if passed into law will prohibit parents from mutilating the faces of their children all in an attempt to give them tribal marks.
