Kidnapped UNIPORT lecturer gains freedom

Dr Reginald Ohiri, a lecturer in the department of Biochemistry at the University of Port Harcourt, who was abducted on Monday, has regained his freedom. UNIPORT
It will be recalled that, gunmen stormed his house Monday night and whisked the lecturer who teaches at the Biochemistry Department away. They contacted his family the following day and demanded the sum of N2m from them.
The kidnappers released him on Tuesday night after questioning him thoroughly discovered that he was not their target.
