Budget padding: APC writes Abdulmumin Jibrin, stops him from making public comments

APCAPC has written a letter to sacked chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin, telling him to refrain from making public statements on the alleged budget padding in the House of Representatives.
