France have booked a spot in the final of Euro 2016 after defeating Germany 2-0 on Thursday night. The host nation scored a late goal in the first half and a second in the second half through Antoinne Griezmann.
Bastian Schweinsteiger handled the ball in the penalty box, leaving the referee no choice than to award a penalty to the host nation.
France started the second half with more determination and hunger to score more goals and scored another through Antonie Griezmann after interplay from Paul Pogba.
France will now play Portugal in the final in Paris on Sunday.
