2 dead, 17 wounded as gunmen attack nightclub in Florida

At least two people have died and 17 others were injured after several gunmen opened fire in the car park of a nightclub in Fort Myers, Florida.1
Club Blu was said to have been hosting a teen night when the shooting take place, at roughly 12.30am. Children as young as 13 years were believed to have been caught in the shooting.

Terrified youngsters were forced to "dodge cars and bullets" as they sprinted to safety, the mother of one girl who escaped uninjured said.
A witness was quotes as saying that she heard around 30 gunshots from the scene and believed that these came from a number of weapons.2 This incident comes a month after a massive shooting at a gay night club in Orlando, Florida left 49 people dead. A person of interest has been detained.
