US govt cancels visas of Nigerian lawmakers accused of sexual misconduct

US government has cancelled the visas of the three house of Representatives members, Samuel Ikon (PDP, Akwa Ibom), Mohammed Gololo (APC, Bauchi) and Mark Gbillah (APC, Benue) accused of alleged sexual misconduct while on an official assignment in Cleveland, USA.Lawmakers
As sanctions for their misconducts, the US government has cancelled their visa, barring them from entering the US.

The lawmakers have denied the allegations. One of them, Hon. Gololo has threatened to legal actions against the US government.

Meanwhile the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has set up a panel of enquiry into the matter.
