A Lagos High Court on Tuesday struck out a motion filed by Azibaola Robert, who is cousin to former President Goodluck Jonathan, asking the court to restrain the Economic and Financial Commission (EFCC) from arresting, detaining or investigating him.

Azibaola had also filed a similar motion before Justice O. O Goodluck of an Abuja High Court which was also dismissed.
