An Abuja Federal High Court, on Tuesday, sent the cousin of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Azibaola Robert, to Kuje Prison until the court determines his application for bail.
Azibaola, who was arraigned alongside his wife, Stella, and their company Oneplus Holding Limited, was accused of receiving a $40 million contract from former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, who is also facing corruption charges.
The couple is facing a seven count charge of money laundering and fraud.
While the court ruled that Stella could continue to enjoy the administrative bail earlier granted her by the EFCC, the judge adjourned till Wednesday to rule on the bail application for Azibaola.
