An Abuja High Court today sacked factional leader of PDP, Ali Modu Sheriff, from office.
The court which was presided by Justice Valentine Ashi sacked Ali Modu Sheriff from office nullifying the 2014 PDP Constitution Amendment upon which Sheriff was appointed PDP Chairman.
The court described the amendment as a violation of Electoral Act and declared all actions carried out by Sheriff alongside his officers as illegal.
