Manchester City have reportedly sealed a €26 million deal for Borussia Dortmund midfielder,Ilkay Gundogan.
According to Goal.com, Gundogan is set to become Pep Guardiola‘s first signing.
Negotiations between both clubs took twist in March when the central midfielder’s agent was spotted meeting the citizens’ sporting director Txiki Begiristain.
Although both clubs have disagreements over the transfer price but from all indications, City and Dortmund may have finally settled on a €26 million (£20.1million) deal alongside performance related add-ons.
It is rumoured that Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos and Juventus’ Paul Pogba are the next set of players to head for the Etihad.
