Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Lamar Odom for a second time. She filed the legal documents on Thursday citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason to formally end her marriage.
She had halted proceedings after Lamar's near death collapse at a brothel in Vegas.
According to TMZ the split is amicable and because there is a pre-nuptial agreement between the two, the property settlement agreed the first time will be used.
The legal documents were filed in California where a divorce is not made legal until after six months.
There are reports that Khloe filed for divorce again after Lamar was photographed drinking cognac at a bar in a LA shopping center about two weeks ago.
