Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has appointed Former Super Eagles Captain, Joseph Yobo as his Senior Special Assistant on Sports Development.
This was released in a statement by the Special Assistant to the River state governor on Electronic Media, Simeon Nwakaudu. He also noted that his appointment takes immediate effect.
