The Lagos State University has compulsorily retired all the professors in the school who have attained the mandatory age of 65. This has been confirmed by the public relations officer of the institution.
The tertiary institution served the professors in question with official letters on the eve of the commencement of the first-semester examination, stating that they immediately proceed on terminal leave.
