Luis Suarez scored twice, as Barcelona fought back from a goal down to defeat Atletico Madrid 2-1 at the Nou Camp, in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final clash.
Fernando Torres had given Diego Simeone’s men the lead, before picking up two quick yellow cards, to leave Atletico with 10 men.
Suarez saw the ball bounce off him into the net for the equalizer, before he headed past Jan Oblak, to give the defending champions a slim advantage ahead of the second leg.
In the other match of the day, Arturo Vidal scored the only goal of the encounter in the 2nd minute, as Bayern Munich beat Benfica 1-0 at the Allianz Arena.
