Former APC Governorship candidate in the last general election in Rivers state, Dakuku Peterside, assumed office today as the new Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration & Safety Agency, NIMASA.
His appointment was approved by President Buhari on March 10th. NIMASA is a parastatal in the Ministry of Transport which is overseen by Rotimi Amaechi.
