Lagos Inland Revenue Service Office Gutted By Fire

Reports have it that the office of the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS), Good Shepherd House, Alausa, Ikeja, is on fire.

According to Vanguard, the third floor which houses office of the Director of Administration, is the particular apartment which is being affected by the inferno.

As at the time of filing this report, it was gathered that men of the Lagos State Fire Service which is not far from the tax office, responded promptly to the call by the body.

The fire was said to have been put out about 30 minutes after it started, although it is yet to be ascertained how much  damage the inferno caused.
