43-year-old virgin gets 8-inch bionic penis after a childhood tragedy

Mohammed Abad, 43, from Edinburgh, Scotland lost his genitals at the age of 6 after he was knocked and dragged 600feet by a car. It took surgeons at University College London 3 years and dozens of operations to craft and attach a new penis, molded using skin grafts from his arm. The final operation last month took 11 hours.

Abad, who is looking for love, can now inflate his new manhood with fluids from an implant in his belly using a button in his scrotum.

"When you want a bit of action you press the 'on' button, and when you are finished you press another button. It takes seconds," he told The Sun
